For us... well at least most of the time... 
Perhaps it's time for us to try and pick up a few of those ex-boyfriend blocking techniques?

  1. Sigh, so true. My head has been a mad place today - imaging D with someone else, geeting angry, getting sad, worrying about being crazy for clients tomorrow, wondering how long this kinda crazy shit continues. Then, feeling like I have more clarity one minute, like things make no sense the next.

    I can see the temptation to block everything and run away from it. But its just not me. And I really dont believe that helps in the long run. But maybe we can learn to take the best of them and keep the best of us?

    I think that if we can learn to block the more negative (our worries and self-doubts) and keep the stuff that helps us grow we'd do awesome. Its a challenge, but here's to trying.

    On that I am off to self love a little and get to bed early. xox
